Refund policy
Our products have a no return or exchange policy unless there is an issue with our brownies and a refund or exchange will be given at our discretion.
If an item is not as described or you feel that you have been mis sold then upon evaluation we shall issue a refund.
It is your legal obligation to follow storage advice of our products in order to maximise shelf life.
As our brownies are sent out as fresh as possible, you are unable to cancel an order unless contact is made on the day of order via email on brownieeyedboi@gmail.com

If no reasonable contact is made for cancellation on the day of order, we are unable to issue a refund.
Where a refund applies, order amount not including shipping costs will be issued to the same payment method.
