Brownie Eyed Boi was established in 2020 as a local Leicester business.
My name is Ash Bhatia and my passion for baking started when I was a kid. 4 years ago when I decided to master the best quality brownie. I tried and tested recipes until I perfected the original: Rude Boi Rolo. This brownie became a household favourite with a rich moist chocolate base and milk chocolate caramel pieces, drizzled with homemade caramel sauce & chocolate ganache.
As a young man I wanted this brand to be urban & edgy, hence the brand name.
Interaction with our audience on social media is so important to us, involving them in competitions on who can come up with the best “brand fitting names”. Our Triple Choc Shock & Assaulted Caramel were named by 2 Instagram followers.
Our business has proven very popular on Instagram & in Leicester, We have decided to take it to the next step & go nationwide giving the people the opportunity of tasting our brownies.
